Having our own excavator means we aren’t charging a bomb for outside trades and it gives us the flexibility to have it on site when needed for little outlay.

Evan and his family have lied through many renovations and extensions and can also give you tips along the way to handle such disruption however with his experience Evan will make that disruption as low or as short as possible.

A fixed price contract gives you the confidence and peace of mind in your build. With specifications and no skimping on quality we will ensure your project is delivered on time and in budget.
Cost Plus Contracts
Pay for exactly what you get. Charged hourly, plus materials and expenses with an agreed builders margin on top. A cost plus contract gives both the client and the builder to be flexible during the build. Especially for large scale jobs and or renovations where you might not be able to predict every aspect of the build prior to commencement.
